CHUANGJU LIMITED operates TikTok Ads and GMV Max optimization workflows for company-operated and invited authorized advertiser accounts. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle website information, advertising account data, operational records, and platform review communications.

Information We Process

We may process business contact information, platform communication records, authorized advertiser or Business Center identifiers, campaign metadata, reporting metrics, GMV Max campaign records, creative metadata, catalog or product metadata, shop aggregate signals, rule settings, approval records, request IDs, and operational logs.

How We Use Information

Information is used for platform verification, account authorization, campaign monitoring, budget protection, product and creative recommendations, rule evaluation, customer-approved campaign management, BI reporting, access control, audit logging, and compliance review. We do not sell TikTok data or provide unauthorized third-party access.

TikTok Business API Data

If we access TikTok Business API data, we only do so for accounts where we have proper authorization through OAuth, Business Center, advertiser, shop, or seller workflows. API data is used for authorized reporting, campaign governance, creative management, catalog or product review, GMV Max monitoring, and controlled campaign operations.

BI and Automation Data

BI dashboards and automation workflows may process aggregate advertising metrics such as spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, GMV, ROAS, ROI, campaign status, budgets, creative metadata, product data, and inventory or margin signals provided by the advertiser. These records are used to evaluate rules, generate recommendations, execute approved actions, and preserve action history.

Authorization, Revocation, and Deletion

Account owners may revoke platform authorization through the applicable TikTok, Business Center, or seller account controls. They may also contact us to request deletion of stored operational data associated with their account, subject to business, security, audit, and legal retention needs.

Data Retention and Security

We retain operational data only for business, audit, security, and compliance needs. Access is restricted by role, advertiser scope, and business purpose. Sensitive credentials and tokens are protected using appropriate technical and organizational controls and are not embedded in public pages.
