What the system will not do.

  • No TikTok scraping, competitor scraping, or user-level click log collection.
  • No unauthorized account access or hidden credential sharing.
  • No attempt to bypass TikTok Ads Manager, Seller Center, ad review, or platform policy.
  • No black-box budget spending without customer-configured limits and stop controls.
  • No resale of TikTok API data or data brokerage service.

Control Model

How account owners stay in control.

  • OAuth and Business Center authorization before any account data is accessed.
  • Least-privilege scopes requested according to the current product phase.
  • Every sensitive action records operator, rule, account, timestamp, request ID, and result.
  • Customers can pause rules, revoke authorization, and request data deletion.
  • Finance and payment permissions are not requested for the initial optimization workflow.
